XL Dance & Fitness Studio Owner/Company Director
Trecia KneCole is a proven and respected choreographer and dancer. Ms. Mallet is the owner and Principal Choreographer of X-Treme Level Dance & Fitness. The mission of her dance and fitness studio is to provide adult & childhood instruction in dance, fitness & health, and dance education workshops, while being of service to the surrounding community. X-Treme Level Dance provides local and national opportunities for her youth performers while instilling an ethic of hard work achievement and establishing lasting friendships. X-Treme’s motto is to “Build dancers who dedicate, excel, achieve, and challenge themselves on the dance floor and in life”. She also features the popular “Heel Thrill” class for adult students, which improves dance skills while building lower body strength and improving balance.
A lifelong dancer, Trecia began dancing at the age of three. Since those early days, she dedicated much of her time to honing and perfecting her craft. Trecia has performed internationally and has been featured on Music Television (MTV) on the shows “America’s Best Dance Crew” (ABDC) and “Made”. Trecia was the Founder of “X-Treme Motion Dance Crew”, this group was voted as one of Americas top dance groups from the south, and known for their unique signature style of dance called “Bucking”. X-Treme Motion made history as the First All Female Dance Crew to be featured on the show as well as the first HBCU Dance Team to become a professional dance crew.
Trecia’s innate ability to create new dance steps and add her own unique flavor to popular dance moves, Trecia was selected to serve as choreographer and dancer for the 2010 European Tour for Universal Recording Artist “Adassa”. She has also danced and choreographed for several recording artists including LeToya Luckett, J. Holiday, Tamar Davis, Adassa, 106 and Park's Host Miss Mykie, local Houston artists including Nicoya, TaSheba, Coline Creuzot, G.T., Leslie Gonzales, Phillip Wade and national X-Factor competitor Ma’at in 2012. Trecia’s dance talent landed her numerous opening act performances spots for leading R&B singers R. Kelly, Neyo, Keyshia Cole, Nina Sky, Lloyd Banks, and Olivia.
Trecia’s international dance career also includes her own dance variety group "The Glam Girls" who were featured on the Korean Tour for the US Army Troops. Not only was Trecia the choreographer and lead dancer but she served as production director as well. Trecia performed for our military (US Army) while making time to provide service to the children of the Armed Forces by hosting dance workshops and choreography clinics. Her dancing feet led her to many other international performances including dancing in Italy, Spain, Germany, Jordan, Turkey, and Belgium. After dancing around the world, she returned to her home of Houston, Texas to inspire the next generation to take their performances to “X-Treme” levels of dance! |
I was invited to the Heel Thrill class by Brittney Love who has known Trecia for a number of years. My first response was girl "i can not dance" she was like girl just come on! Exotics Aerobics is amazing! Its not only a great fun workout, but it gives you a chance to learn a little dance while being sexy! Ive attended many aerobics and zumba classes and this is by far is my favorite! I'd encourage any female of any age to attend the class! The class makes you feel confident and sexy while getting a great workout in! |
