XLD is the perfect venue for hosting dance & fitness parties, meetings, one-time or ongoing classes and rehearsals. Our large studio room has marley floors, sound system with mixer and sub woofer, mirrors, lights and complimentary wifi. Our small studio room has wood floors, sound system, mirrors, lights and complimentary wifi. Our studio also offers a fully equipped fitness gym with mirrors, lights, cardio & weight lifting machines, smart tv and complimentary wifi.
The Studio is available for rental Monday-Sunday when regular scheduled classes are not in session.

Studio Rental Policy
- A $150 deposit is required to secure your date for Studio A. Deposit will be returned with no extensive cleaning needs or damage to property of equipment - Rentals for Studio A is a 2hr minimum - Half rental fee is due two weeks before your rental and the remaining balance due the day before - Beverages and food permitted with approval and requires an additional $75 fee - Lateness to rentals will be deducted from your time and will not be extended unless additional time is purchased - 30min over your rental time is charged by the hour - XLD Studio is not responsible for clean up after parties or studio rentals - If damages occur or excessive cleanup is necessary, you will not receive your $150 deposit back |
