We are so much more than Just Dance, Our dancers go beyond technique to develop life skills and become more confident and respectful young artist who share their gifts with the community. Our mission is to develop diversely trained dancers while building self-confidence and passion for dance. Whether the goal is to become a competitive dancer, recreational dancer or maintain a healthy lifestyle, XLD has a program that will encourage aspiring dancers to reach their full performance potential.

STUDIO POLICY
• Students must arrive on time for class and in proper dress code
• Dancers are not allowed to enter class after the first 20 minutes of class has begun to reduce injury from not properly warming up
• No outside food or drinks with the exception of water is allowed in the Dance Studio
• The studio reserves the right to substitute a qualified teacher when the assigned teacher is unavailable
• There are no refunds given for tuition, merchandise, fundraiser, convention, competition or recital fees, or any items purchased at Xtreme Level Dance
• NO gum is allowed in the dance room
• Parents are NOT allowed in the studio during class time unless approved by the teacher, please do not interrupt class
• Parents are invited into classes to observe the last week of every month.
• The studio reserves the right to drop a class or change the schedule based on enrollment.
• Each class much have a minimum of 5 students enrolled in the class in order to keep the class on the schedule. If less than 5 students are enrolled in a class you were currently enrolled in, Xtreme Level will make a recommendation for another class placement similar to the previous class for your child.
• You may withdraw from any class by submitting 30 day withdraw notice to the front desk or to [email protected]. Monthly tuition will be adjusted to reflect the change with a 30 day notice. No refunds are given to students with tuition paid in full for the semester or half semester.

YOUTH CLASS REGISTRATION & TUITION
Annual registration is $40 per dancer.
Tuition payments are monthly from August-June (RECREATION) August-July (COMPANY) and is due on the 26th of every month for the following month.
A $40 LATE FEE IS ASSESSED TO INVOICES AFTER THE LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH.

Annual Dance recital
We offer 2 Recitals a year. A Winter Recital in December and Spring Recital in June. Although not mandatory, Recital is a great opportunity for dancers to showcase their growth from classes, gain performance experience, build confidence and create memories that will last a lifetime.

XLD Youth Scholarships
We are firm believers in giving back to our community of dancers. We offer many opportunities for dancers to receive scholarships for dance training through-out the year.
- Miss XLD Scholarship: 4 dancers serve as role models for the entire studio and must exhibit qualities such as leadership, diversity in dance, character, communication skills and creativity. Dancers are chosen based on application, essay question, interview, project and solo routine. Petite, Little, Junior and Miss XLD Winners are announced at our Winter Recital each year.
- Dancer of the Year Scholarship: 1 dancer is crowned Dancer of the Year at our Annual Spring Recital by competing in a 3 phase competition based on entrepreneurship, recorded video introduction and dance performance throughout the year.
- Trecia KneCole Reflection Scholarship: The Trecia KneCole Reflection Scholarship celebrates those who have altered the direction and invented the future of how we are to live in our dreams and thrive. This scholarship is awarded to 1 High School Dancer that shows interest in attending an HBCU and promise of redefining artistry for generations to come.
- Student Assistant Scholarship: Dancers are chosen based on leadership and skill to assist our teachers with various classes.
- Senior Dancer Scholarship: One graduating senior dancer is awarded a scholarship in assistance with their first semester in college.
