Xtreme Step Aerobics is intense cardio moves with upbeat music that will make you want to get up and dance. Your class will start with a warm-up, followed by choreographed routines on the step. Don't worry, your instructor will go over the movements with you. You'll catch on in no time! Step Aerobics lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. Areas It Targets: Core, Arms, Legs, Glutes, & Back. $10/ per class
